This book couldn't have come at a better time. I've been considering transitioning my career for some time and getting into a new job market, and now armed with some new techniques, I'm feeling much more comfortable going into interviews!Some concepts are ones I've heard before, a bit of common sense (common sense doesn't always lead to common action though, so I'm glad I got to reinforce these ideas again), but there is one new technique that has CHANGED my entire perspective on interviewing. So much that I had to make sure I wrote a review to thank the author. I won't go too far in detail to respect the writer's content, but the idea of "ask for the job" is something I have never done (the author goes into much more detail, and provides fantastic dialog examples throughout the book). I typically end my interviews in what I thought was a good fashion, and sometimes it worked, but by just following the process laid out in this book, I'm certain I can improve my chances and relationship with the interviewer.
Overall, at this price, you should definitely buy this book if you are looking to up your interview game. The content in this book can lead to a million dollar lifestyle change and could apply to so much more than just interviewing. It's short and sweet, to the point where I didn't really need to take notes on the book since everything was valuable and concise.

Used the tips in this book as well as some other techniques to change jobs and get a 30% raise over my previous job. A quick read and straight to the point. Highly recommended!
Author presents unique methods for succeeding in a job interview. I like the psychological and philosophical perspectives. These are techniques that would be easy to implement and could also be helpful in other social situations. Well worth the money.
